The idea
The couple experiences the magic. The planner manages the complexity.
A destination wedding looks effortless because someone is holding hundreds of decisions in their head: a shuttle that runs late, a florist who needs approval, rain on the forecast, a table that cannot sit together. In this game, that someone is you.
Protect the Couple Bubble
Every delay the couple can see, every errand they run themselves, thins the Bubble that shelters them. Solve things before they notice and the Bubble, and their confidence, stays whole.
Run the timeline
From getting ready to the last dance, every milestone has a live checklist. Land Perfect Handoffs, keep the Timeline Chain alive and decide, with real trade-offs, what to do when the day pushes back.
Lead your team
Queue tasks for your Lead Planner, delegate to your assistant and coordinators, listen to the team radio and act on warnings before they become incidents. You cannot do everything yourself.
Inside the game
A living venue, one calm hand
The whole resort is on screen: suites, ceremony, cocktail terrace, reception, kitchen. Tap a place, choose what to do, and watch your team move while the light turns from afternoon to golden hour to night.
- The Couple BubbleOne glance tells you whether the couple is protected, thinning or exposed.
- The live timelineWhat is happening now, what is next, and what still is not ready for it.
- Team radioWho is calling, how urgent it is and where on the map it is happening.
- Pause, 1×, 2×Slow down to think or speed through the quiet stretches. Time also slows while you decide.

The real thing
What a destination wedding planner really does
The game is a playful exaggeration of a real job. On a real wedding weekend a planner is on site from the first hair appointment to the last song, confirming vendors, moving guests, watching the weather and quietly fixing what nobody should ever see.
Our bilingual team plans destination weddings across Cancun, the Riviera Maya and Tulum. If you would like that calm, practised hand on your own day, start with full-service destination wedding planning or see how we handle room blocks and guest travel. Curious what a real weekend looks like? Read our luxury destination wedding weekend itinerary.
The game is fictional. Names, vendors and events are invented, and real wedding days depend on your venue, your guests and your team.
Questions
Good to know
Is the VIA Wedding Day Planner free?
Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no account and nothing to install. Your progress is saved only on your own device.
How long does a wedding take to play?
One wedding day is compressed into about 10 to 15 minutes. You can pause at any time, play at normal or double speed, and the clock slows while you make decisions.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktops. On a phone you tap a zone on the map, choose a task and watch your planner go.
What is the Couple Bubble?
It shows how well you are shielding the couple from the complexity behind the scenes. Visible delays, vendors bothering them and personal errands thin it. Solving problems quietly keeps it full.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. This page is in English, and inside the game you can switch to Spanish at any time from Settings. The game remembers your choice.
Is this a real wedding planning tool?
No. It is a game inspired by the work of a destination wedding planner. For real planning, our team is happy to talk about your wedding.
