How a month works

Three moves, eighteen months

Every month in the studio follows the same quiet rhythm. The skill is in what you choose to protect.

  1. Answer the inquiries

A couple writes in. In a three-tap Discovery Call you choose the destination, the service and what to emphasize, then decide whether to take them on.

  2. Guide each wedding

Weddings move through the nine stages. Every decision card trades cost, team hours and risk against your five threads. Hours are your scarcest resource.

  3. Advance the month

Pay the team, grow the studio and watch the calendar. Shortcuts save hours today and surface as loose ends on the Wedding Weekend.

What you are really managing

Five threads, one studio

A destination wedding is thousands of small decisions. In the game they become five threads. Pull one too hard and another frays, and the wedding weekend finds the weak one.

  • DesignThe look, feel and story of the weekend.
  • VendorsThe florists, chefs and crews behind it.
  • GuestsEvery guest booked, informed and cared for.
  • LogisticsTransfers, timelines and details nobody sees.
  • BudgetClear numbers and no surprises.

The Wedding Weekend

Did anyone notice?

On every wedding weekend, three crises test your plan. Handle them so well that guests never notice, and score a Seamless moment. Finish the season, then share a branded card of your rank and challenge a friend to the exact same seed.

Questions

Good to know

The short answers, before you open the studio.

Is this a real quote or a real wedding?

No. Wedding Orchestrator is a fictional simulation. The couples, vendors and events are invented, and all money is simulated. The services and starting prices mirror what VDW publishes, but real planning fees vary.

How long does a season take?

About 20 to 40 minutes, comfortably played in 5 to 10 minute sittings. The game saves automatically every month and resumes instantly.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It is designed for one-handed play in portrait on iPhone and Android, and also works on tablets and desktop. If your device cannot run the 3D coast, a complete 2D map is used instead.

Can I play in Spanish?

Yes, inside the game. Open the in-game menu and choose Español: the whole game switches at once and remembers your choice on this device. This page is in English.

Do you collect my data?

No personal data is collected and no account is needed. Your season and settings live in your browser, plus one functional cookie that remembers your best score. Nothing is sent to a server.

Can I move my season to another device?

Yes. Export a save file or a short save code from the in-game menu, then import it on another device.

Can I challenge a friend?

Yes. After the season, copy a challenge link. It opens the same seed, the same couples and the same storms, with your score as the target. Scores are calculated in your browser, so it is a friendly challenge rather than a tamper-proof leaderboard.

Ready for the real thing?
