How much is the site inspection?
The Venue Site Inspection Tour is listed at $399 USD. The fee is fully credited toward your balance if you subsequently book Full-Service Planning or Destination Travel Agency services with Via.
Should we book flights first?
No. Confirm Via's calendar availability before booking travel so the tour can be properly scheduled.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is not included on tour days. Rates include taxes and service fees according to the service details published on the Services page.
