Available as a standalone service or bundled with full-service planning.

For our Full-Service Planning package, yes. All guest travel must be booked through our agency to ensure proper room block management, group insurance, and coordinated arrival logistics. When guests book independently, it creates attrition risks and logistical blind spots we cannot resolve. The integrity of your weekend depends on unified management.

Full-service planning covers everything: design, vendor team, ceremony and reception coordination, guest logistics, and on-site execution — held by one team from beginning to end. Room block management is the travel layer only: venue selection, contracts, guest reservations, transfers, and bilingual concierge. If you already have an event planner, our room block service handles what they typically cannot — which is usually all of guest travel.

Absolutely. Our Venue Site Inspection Tour ($399 USD) is designed exactly for this. Over 1–2 days, we accompany you through a curated shortlist of properties with expert, unfiltered context. The $399 fee is fully credited toward your balance if you subsequently book Full-Service Planning or Destination Travel Agency services with us.

Yes, as an add-on. Standard elopement packages feature symbolic ceremonies. Our Legal Ceremony Upgrade ($1,250 USD) includes an on-site judge, all documentation logistics, a Spanish marriage certificate, official translation, and Apostille legalization for US or Canadian residents. Requires 30-day advance notice and specific documentation. Fees for other nationalities may vary.

Yes. Both services are entirely bespoke — we design the itinerary around your destination, dates, travel style, and preferences before quoting. There is no standard rate because there is no standard trip. Begin with a discovery call and we will walk through your options before any commitment is required.

For full-service destination weddings, we recommend 12–18 months in advance — particularly for peak dates (November through April). The most desirable venues fill early and room block negotiations require lead time. We take a maximum of 19 weddings per year to maintain our standard, so early conversations matter. For elopements and romance travel, timelines are more flexible, though the sooner you reach out, the more options we can secure.
